Mumtaz's Bow Wow Treats

Mumtaz finished all his ORTs!

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (NOT pie mix!)
  • 2 cups almond flour, whole wheat , or any other flour
  • 1 cup cooked mashed sweet potato
  • 4 oz cooked ground turkey. crumbled
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp tumeric
  • 6 TBSP (¼ cup + 2 TBSP) olive oil
  • ½ cup water

Mix all ingredients, drop by tablespoon onto parchment lined baking sheets.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

Makes 4 dz large treats.

Rudy's Tuna TreatsTreats

2 cans tuna. Drain 1 can. Tuna in oil.
4 eggs
3/4 cup tapioca flour
Mix with mixer or blender.
Needs to be slightly thicker than pancake batter but pourable
Bake 350 for about 20 mins.
If batter doesn’t seem right, may need more flour. You just have to play with that.
You can use salmon, chicken, sardines.

  • 2 cans tuna. Drain 1 can. Tuna in oil.

Winnie's Salmon Pyramid Treats

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) Salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup tapioca flour

Mix and spread into 2 silicone pyramid shapes mat

Bake for 15 minutes

Winnie uses these for K9 Nose Work treats!

Bentley

Bentley loved these so much he notoriously opened the oven door to get to them. (Smart, but a mischievous devil!) We lost him Christmas week 2018, still miss my goober dog

Bentley's Favorite Liver Sticks

-This recipe makes dehydrated beef liver treats-

Cover fresh whole beef livers in water in stockpot.

Boil for 10 minutes, let cool

Remove from water, slice into ⅛ to ¼ inch slices. These will be crunchy hard, slice into the size best for your dog before baking

In dehydrator:

165 degrees for 24 hours

In oven:

250 or lowest heat, bake overnight
